Hi...I recently got OUT cover for my business dealing with Puela the agent. What a pleasure to deal with OUT with an ease of transition from the the current insurer whom I was not happy as they repudiated only one claim over a 5 year period looking for every technicality to get out of it which in cost me dearly out of pocket ...."Quick to Get Paid but Always Issues in Paying Out" The process was quick & painless.
