Highly Dissapointed
Don't be fooled by their overrated adverts on TV because that is false and once you committed to their insurance and in the event of a claim there are hundreds of different stories on why the cant accommodate you, Third party claims are even worse, there assessors inflate the claim to pocket themselves but refuse to pay back what is paid to repair 3rd party because of internal policy which is not included in their policy or agreement. Highly Disappointed and will be changing my insurance after being with them for 20 years,
