Highly Dissapointed - 5 Year customer.

Good Day - Today I was disappointed by Outsurance on how they handled my claim. My Tablet got damaged outside my home , As per Outsurance these items are covered by their Out and about coverage which I wasn't aware of. My claim was subsequently denied due to being an mobile device , My Tablet is only WIFI enabled and has not left my property once since purchase. I've paid close to 100k in premiums and Outsurance and they wont even try and meet me half way (Sorry , rejected thanx for your money).

I've been with outsurance for 4.5 years with a false sense of security. Be very careful of which items you claim for , If its mobile (Laptop , Tablet etc) and you don't have out and about cover they will Deny your claim.

Its sad but ill be leaving OS and this for a clam of R12k. Well OS you have made your money , That's probably your main goal. No human aspect what so ever.
