Highly disappointed

I am utterly dismayed by the treatment my mother is receiving from Outsurance. After faithfully paying premiums for two years, she expected to be supported when she needed them. Instead, she is met with indifference and obstacles. It's a blatant disregard for their obligation to provide the service they promised. This experience has been nothing short of a disservice.
