Hi! Outsurance pleasantly surprised me with excellent service after a complaint. Charles phoned me, spoke to me in Afrikaans, and while I was preparing for a long and difficult wait to get an answer to my problem, within a day the matter was resolved. Thank you very much Outsurance!
