Hi Outsurance FAM I'm confident to say Outsurance FAM because truly after my recent experience Outsurance did truly make me feel like family. I did not feel like a number or a client at all. I reached out to Outsurance as I am currently going through a financial difficulty and I wanted to find out how can Outsurance be of assistance as I have policies which I don't want them to be affected. Each Outsurance Rep from the Life Cover department as well as the Home Insurance department took time Firstly to hear me out and secondly to give me detailed explanation as to what is permissible as per my unique policies. Although I'm currently stressed out about my finances I'm confident that I was heard and most importantly my situation was taken into consideration when I was given advise.
