Hi I logged a request on the Outsurance website for Outsurance to call me iro my house insurance policy on 28 January 2025. On 29 January 2025, TEVIN JUNK , whom is working for Outsurance, called me and requested how he can assist me. I told him what the problem was, and on a friendly and professional manner he rectified the problem areas on my policy.
