Hi I had a geyser burst at my house and at first I did not want to claim , because too much paper work and way, way too much questions, but with outsurance it was so easy and the consultant was the best. He assisted me so quick and made me feel at ease and not like a ******** like other insurance companies. Within 48 hr my claim was finalised and I can sleep at ease knowing my property is in good hands. I can say without any doubt outsurance rock. Thank you outsurance.
