Hi, I generally hate calling call centres but with Outsurance I never feel that way. The consultants are knowledgeable and intuitive. I had to update my insurance details today and it could easily have been an awful call if it were any other company but less than 30 seconds after I requested a call back, Annees Omar gave me a call and within 10 minutes I was sorted. Definitely staying with Outsurance, they understand what customer service really means - thank you! 😊
