Hi. Firstly I would like to say is that Outsurance and consultants are extremely professional and eager to help the customers. From me needing to have a geyser replaced the same day that it started leaking. Having chips on my cars windscreen repaired. Having my vehicle towed home when I was stranded at my daughters hair dresser. Consultants calling every 30 min asking if we were safe and all that. Even and not to forget this morning, helping in the traffic when the traffic lights are not working. OUTsurance really is awesome. And even though I get calls almost weekly from other insurance companies for quotes, I will never move away from Outsurance. I have been with them for almost 15 years and have given them many referrals. Outsurance really go out of their way to make sure the client gets the very best customer care as well as piece of mind.
