hi. I recently had a burst geyser. fortunately I was insured with outsurance. I used the app to report the matter. not even 30 seconds later I received a phone call from outsurance call agent. she confirmed my details and sent out a investigating team. thereafter another came and did the actual replacement of the geyser. they were absolutely professional and friendly. after the job was done, the next day I received a follow-up call too, just to confirm if everything was fine. I am really blown away with the professional manner and speed with which it was done. thanks again outsurance.
