<p>Called Katlego to claim from Outsurance. With no drama a flatbed collected my vehicle an hour later. By 12pm that day, car was assessed by Suren. Cherry on the cake, Kitesh came on an off day to meet me and discuss the events that bruised my ego and bank account. Received a phone call a day later from Nishel (forgive my spelling) to confirm the approval of my repairs. If only all service providers were this efficient and professional. Well done guys and lady.
