I bought a new car and wanted to get an insurance quote done. So instead of adding the new car to my existing policy I opted to take out a separate policy. Being a person who's always changing his mind, I called in to Outsurance to have my new policy merged with my existing policy. I was referred to the cancellations department and got assistance by an awesome gentlemen named Henry Shongwe. What a lovely friendly interaction this was. He is excellent at what he does. He did my quote and migrated my new policy to my existing one as requested. Saved me R600.00. He went further to assist me in doing a quote for a car I intend on buying for my wife within 10 minutes. Henry Shongwe is a star, I work for a Financial Service Provider I must say if I could I would ***** him to come work for our company. My Goodness Henry Shongwe you were awesome.
