Helping/finalising our claim

We had a break-in on 13 January 2025. We registered the claim, and we were assigned an assessor. She came to our home and helped us with the whole process, from start to finish. She listened to the two old people and helped/advised where she could. She was very helpful and very friendly. She held our hands the whole way. Today, OUTsurance informed us that the claim has been finalized. This is how a company treats their customers... Well done OUTsurance and keep up the good work.
