Helpfull, fast and friendly service

I was in a car accident where another person drove into the rear of my car. I claimed from my insurance, namely Outsurance, for the repair costs which they had to claim back from the other party's insurance. Although my compliment goes about Anastasia's service, I have to include the contact centre agent and the assessor in Benoni who had to look at the damage. From Outsurance's side, the service was very professional and it was a pleasure to deal with the people mentioned above. I received timeous feedback (important to me as I hate guessing what's happening) and Anastasia managed to claim back full my excess from the other party's insurance.
