Helpful but really uninformed

Very friendly and helpful people, but I spoke to 4 different reps and not 1 could help and show me the clause which states that I can keep the written off-car with Essential Cover. How should I trust their words if the contract doesn't stipulate it. I'm disappointed! With two agents I held on the line for 20minutes with promises to revert back to me but still nothing
