Helped by a Champion at OUTsurance

My wife and I were struggling with a major insurance company, that demanded photos of our vehicles that we were unable to upload onto their system. Failure to do so meant that we would not be paid out in the even of an accident. To out dismay, they told us one of the vehicles we had insured was "not insured", although we were paying for it monthly. E-mail boxes they had were "full" and 30 minutes on the phone yielded only music. I was contacted by Eugene Lubbe of OUTsurance in Pretoria, who gave us friendly, excellent personalised service. We are very happy with what we now have and look forward to a mutually-beneficial relationship with Eugene and OUTsurance. All I can say is be careful of good offers, but with companies where there is no one on the other side of the line. Dealing with a deaf robot is not fun. Thanks for your help Eugene!
