Help@OUTsurance emergency roadside and home assistance

<p>Firstly, I didn’t even know I had this service included in my car insurance, silly me! What a great service! When my car broke down this weekend on the way to visit a friend, 1 and a half hours outside of Joburg, I called OUTsurance, asked them to call me back as I was running out of airtime, which they did without hesitation! I spoke to a friendly lady, Cinderella. She was super helpful and the tow truck was there within the hour! They called me every 10 minutes to check if I was okay and to check if the tow truck company had called me. The service was fantastic! I received several sms's with all the details of the service provider etc. What a great service! And what great service from OUTsurance! I haven’t experienced such good service in...forever actually! </p> <p>Well done OUTsurance, you have a very happy client :)</p>
