help it out is awesome

After the trouble we had with a 20% increase in rates we were both stunned, surprised and impressed with the service we received on Sunday with help it out. We had a blocked drain and then my husband suggested we try help it out for it. Phoned and they said someone will be there in 33 minutes. We were shocked to discover that in that time frame someone arrived. The call centre lady kept us informed all the way and even called to make sure they were there. not even 2 hours later our problem was sorted by efficient and friendly guys, all for free. This has deff made us reconsider cancelling our policy with outsurance and to rather look at other ways to get our fees down. Thank you help it out, Koketso and the two guys from Designer Plus!!!!
