Help in time of need!

<p>On Wednesday my house was broken into by the so called crow bar gang!! It's unsettling, infuriating and makes you realize how grateful you are to have insurance!!!! I was treated so kindly on the phone by Thabiso who took al my information and arranged for Olympic Locksmiths to come and replace the locks on the three dors that were crow barred. On Friday Patrick Brouard came to assess the damage.He is the reason I am posting this, having never done an hellopeter review before. He was so delightful, so professional, so helpful and when he left I felt that all my needs had been met, but apart from that he even checked out some concerns I had about my flat roofs ! This involved climbing onto the roof! one hears so many negatives about insurance companies, but having been insured with Outsurance for at least 10 years and never claimed, I am know so greatful that I chose them! All in all a very very happy customer!!!</p>
