Help by Olivia Roux with insurance

My current insurance do not cover my child's laptop because she is in an university hostel. Outsurance helped me with that, I promptly got a call back from them after leaving a request to be called on their website and I received the most friendly service ever and Olivia Roux who helped me was so patient with all the questions I asked and with helping me to deal with insecurities around the insurance and the best options to use.
