Help @ Out Indeed

I got home last night and thanks to the help of the dog, i got locked out of my house as she had pushed the door closed and managed to knock the yale lock on. I called Outsurance spoke with Avril who took my details and had the locksmith despatched, eta was 49 minutes. Wow to my amazement just after Avril called to check if I was okay, the locksmith arrived and in no time he had the door open, from time of call to ask for help to the time he left was only 22 minutes. Well done Avril and Lucky the locksmith, super awesome service with a smile.
