Hello, I would like to commend Outsurance for their exceptional service on my recent claim for repairs to my car. As a 74 year old female on my own, I was dreading the whole process but Outsurance made the whole process so smooth. From the moment I made the call on August 12th, everything moved swiftly. Within 3 days damage assessment was done and arrangements were made for my car to be taken to Contact panel beaters where a Hired car was waiting for me, taking a big weight off my shoulders. Contact panelbeaters updated me every 2 days on the process off my car. My car was ready for collection on 29th August, only 2 weeks after speaking to Ratish Kandhai.
