Hello, I submitted an enquiry on the website and received a call within under an hour. Kiran from Pretoria was extremely helpful and polite and very professional. Each and every detail was explained fully and if I didn't understand any aspects he would explain and go into depth. At the end of call my saving was only R179 compared to my current insurance and I had to decline the quote. He was very diplomatic with my decision and maintained his professional behaviour and advised that I could still consider it and they would assist gladly. Well done Kiran from Pretoria!
