heartless insurance company

<p>Was involved in a accident which, I was parked stationary @ a red robot, only to be hit by an OUTsurance client, who drove striaght into me, and damaged my vehical costing 57000 rand in damages, my car was towed as its not drivable, I'm now left with out a vehical, and just got feed back from OUTsurance saying they can't pay for 3rd party liablitly as their client was evading an alleged *******, so we're do I fit in, meaning I must pay the 57000 to get my car fixed cause I did the right thing and waited for the robot to change green, of which it was stil red when I was hit, don't understand the fairness in this claim, as I'm the victim, and all OUTsurance can say is sorry, leaving me with a bill of 57000 and no transport to go to work.. I thought high about OUTsurance until I was dealt with this bad hand. It's not a nice thing to be in an accident that you had no fault in, but yet you are liable for ur own damages,, I wonder how do people that work for OUTsurance sleep @ night knowing they robbing innocent people. </p>
