Heartless, Corporate Greed!!
I just canceled after being a client for almost 10 years. It was not the easiest decision as I invested so much into this insurance company and never claimed for anything until... Outsource is refusing to pay out an R10 000.00 claim & I am paying them a total of R2300 on various short-term insurance plans. So they would instead let me go as a client before paying out a claim they could have recouped in +- 6 months - It's mind-boggling.

I will continue with negative comments until I get an apology from a human & not an automated apology. I will do the same with your Instagram profile. If I even get to change 1 person's mind I will call it a victory.
