🌟 Heartfelt Appreciation for OUTsurance PetCare – Especially Micaela, Mathapelo & Jeanine 🌟

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the OUTsurance PetCare team, especially Micaela, Mathapelo, and Jeanine, for their outstanding support, care, and compassion during one of the most heartbreaking moments of my life.

On 27 October, my little Pug/Russell, Bolt, suddenly fell ill with pneumonia. After weeks of hoping and fighting alongside him, we received the devastating news that he had cancer in his liver. On 30 November, my boy passed away peacefully in our arms. Bolt was not just a pet — he was truly my baby. He slept on my pillow every night, never left my side, and filled our home with 11 years of unconditional love, joy, and unforgettable memories. His loss has been incredibly painful for both me and my son, and we miss him every moment.

Throughout this difficult journey, the OUTsurance PetCare staff have been nothing short of exceptional. Their empathy, patience, and genuine kindness provided comfort when we needed it most. They supported us every step of the way, ensuring that Bolt received the best possible care at Fourways Vet Hospital. Without their help, I would not have been able to give him the level of treatment he deserved in his final weeks.

To Micaela, Mathapelo, and Jeanine – thank you from the deepest place in my heart. Your compassion made a world of difference in a time of heartbreak. Though Bolt is no longer with us, your support allowed us to give him dignity, love, and comfort right until the very end.
