HEADACHE IN CANCELLING POLICY

I am absolutely tired of Outsurance and they're concultants and senior consultants with bad attitudes NOT listening to what a client is saying. I phoned to cancel my policy, your senior advisor Mpho is so damn arrogant even after I told him ***0 times to cancel the policy as I'm not interested in renewing or listening to any other stories as I've had numerous fights with Outsurance this year regarding rates (one example is now my policy went up by almost R500 just due to me moving to a different AREA!!!!!). He keeps phoning back and then has the odacity to still sent a message saying the policy will remain active.<br> <br> Now I don't know if Outsurance doesn't train their staff to listen to the client but I am spelling it out : CANCEL MY POLICY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!
