Having recently updated my details with Outsurance, after over 20 years with them, I have yet to encounter any difficulty in processing claims and updating my portfolio. My family members have been involved in a number of motor car accidents over the years that I have been with Outsurance which were not of their making. These were stressful moments for my family and myself. Outsurance in all of those incidents OUTperformed themselves. From the towing companies who offered emotional support and taking full control of the situation to the processing of claims within a short space of time without any hitches, has continued to make me a strong Outsurance supporter. I often receive calls from other vehicle insurance companies, and none can offer me what Outsurance offers. On a yearly basis, I call Outsurance to reassess my premiums, and each time I have had them reduced. Kudos to Outsurance, I remain a committed supporter.
