HAVE NOT RECEIVED R 400 SINCE JUNE 2015 - *****

I phoned outsurance for a quote in July 2015. They could not beat my car insurance quote so they needed to send me the relevant link so I can submit proof of my current insurance. I did not receive the link so I then had to phone back twice till I got the link in August 2015 only. I submitted the relevant documents and up to today I have not received my R 400 back.<br> <br> Outsurance falsely advertises on the one hand by putting up boards with cheap insurance quotes as opposed to when you phone an the quote is double what the adverti*****t says.<br> <br> On the other hand they offer you R 400 back if they cannot beat your car insurance quote which they do not even want to pay.<br> <br> Why say it if you are not going to do it???<br> <br> As i said, they are *****.
