<p>Our first major insurnace claim in 20 years was handled in the most professional , empathetic and honest manner by Elsabe Kelder from Outsurance. The process is a drawn out affair but not once did we feel that our concerns were not valid or that the process was held up for any reason . We highly recommend the staff at Outsurance. Paying for insurance is a pain but we were blown away by the service when we had to claim.</p>
