Hassle free claim experience

This was my first time claiming from Outsurance and what a hassle free experience it has been. I did my claim online and submitted all the necessary information as required. Outsurance kept me in the loop at all times with regards to authorisation, approved body repair shop and even the legal department was helpful. There was never a time where it felt like it was going to be a complete mission to have my car and claim sorted.
