Hassle Free Claim

<p>A few weeks ago, on a Thursday afternoon, I came home to a flooded home because our body corporate messed up repairs to our roof and the heavy rain landed up getting into our home. </p> <p>I called Outsurance first thing on the Friday Morning to lodge the claim for our content insurance as everything had been damaged. a pleasant lady named Nombu assisted me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Within an hour of lodging the claim, the first acessor contacted me to come and acess the damanged goods. she was there by 9am. The second acessor booked me in for saturday. </p> <p>By the afternoon on the Friday, the first acessor already sent the damage report. By Tuesday, the second acessor sent theirs, by friday my claim was finalised and I was paid out for my content. My home was back to normal in the next week, while my body corp is still struggling with their insurance. </p> <p> </p> <p>Nombu kept in constant contact, answered all my paniced emails and calls and kept me up to date with the claim so that I could plan. </p> <p> </p> <p>Stunning services from outsurance.
