Hassel free change of vehicle on policy with Outsurance

I needed to remove my currently insured vehicle from my policy as I had sold it. I also needed to add my new vehicle onto my existing policy. I used the app to request a call and with in less than 30 minutes I got a call from " Jackie " We went through the change of vehicle and also the pro-rata debit . So the change was made. Explained and I received the new policy That is how things should be done. Only I did not issure the new radio as the excess would be more than the cost of the radio. Outsurance should re look at the costings there? Otherwise all good Than you
