Has honesty no value anymore ?

I have been a client for about 5 years if not longer and had 1 claim in that period. My LCD TV was bumped over by my dogs when I was chasing them outside the house and 1 dog bumped over the TV and I was next to the TV and caught it so it wouldn't get damaged but I did bend the LCD slightly but no visible damage . But after that Incident the LCD did not function - I claimed but was told that it is old age and the claim will not be paid. I could have just bumped over the LCD and cracked the screen and they would have paid the claim. So where is the value of honesty gone. In fact they say I am lying. I have cancelled my policies - they don't trust me and I don't trust them anymore. It feels they look for reasons not to honor claims.

Good afternoon Roland,

Further to our initial response and review of your claim, it was established that the damage was caused by wear and tear and there was no visible signs of any impact.

We apologise for the disappointment.

Kind regards,
The OUTsurance Team
