Harrassment, Potential ***** and **** Advertising

Outsurance had harrassed me and was rude via one of their consultants names Victor for car insurance. This guy would not stop trying to convince me to give my banking details so that they can deduct premiums from my account. Even after I had told him several times that I want to review the quotes and relevant documentation, he tried to convince me that I should just trust him and sign up. Furthermore, Outsurance slogan of "Switch and Save" is a pure lie! They have never been able to beat the premiums that I pay, wanting to charge me (with this latest quote), over R 1500 more than what I'm paying, citing that they have the best customer service as the reason why they charge so much! But judging from the negative ratings I see here on HelloPeter, their customer service is rather questionable.
