Harrasment by legal

I was involved in an accident on 22 June 2015. I was not the party at fault. my insurance company Miway didn't pay my car due to their BS and now the other parties insurance Outsurance has paid the other clients car and are now trying to claim their clients money from me.<br> <br> I am unemployed and have been threw a great deal of family losses this year. now on top of all of this I have outsurances legal department harassing me atleast once a week. and to top it all of they wouldn't even pay my car damages as a 3rd party claim.<br> <br> they are now wanting to sue an unemployed person who is bearly making ends meat and paying off a car that I cant drive due to their BS. <br> <br> Outsurance have rejected a cliam of mine before under what they assumed weas reall evidence and when I went and got proper proof and evidence they just simply turned around and dismissed my policy and when it was taken to the umbatsmen Outsurance changed their story and made as if I was the liying party. the month this happened I herard of Outsurance using the same excuse and rejecting 10 claims of people I know.
