Hi Dinky<br> <br> The nature of the civil claim and the claim against me by Outsurance are for different reasons, I would suggest that Outsurance get ALL the facts before instituting a claim against a previous client, but I see that it's easier for Outsurance to come after me, a civilian that it is to go after a fellow insurance company like Mutual & Federal.<br> <br> Very disgusted at the level of service and lack of knowledge around the situation!
