Harassment by Outsurance

<p>I am greatly disgusted by the treatment of Outsurance following an accident with one of their clients Hentie Barnard. On May 16 Hentie Barnard crashed into me in Lynwood Pretoria. He turned in instead of waiting for me to pass. He removed his car from the scene before police arrived on the scene therefore tempering with evidence which was wrong to begin with. The accident was so clear that the gentleman from First Road spoke to Outsurance advisor Warren Sharp that I wasn't covered and would be claiming third party and that my car be towed to a panelbeater. The horror began when an advisor bombarded me with calls I could not take on May 22nd. She later sent a threatening sms about me needing to send my details because I am apparently liable for the accident. We later spoke on the phone and I gave her my side of the story. She did not care for it and sent me a threatening sms just moments after we got off the call detailed with amounts and arrangement plans to pay the money before a particular date otherwise I will be slapped with legal suits. I spoke to another Outsurance advisor who called to tell me my third party claim had been rejected because their client gave them false information about the way the accident happened. This advisor told me they "take our clients word for it" and I have no leg to stand on unless I find a witness. I have done everything in my power including sending a very descriptive email about the way the accident happened, attaching an AR to show their clients conflicting statements and pictures to prove there is no way the accident happened the way their client told them. I also forwarded information of THREE witnesses. I have been in liaison with Nas Senne who says that he cannot get hold of the witnesses all from Dotcom Fibre and does not bother to give me feedback. Initially he did not even acknowledge my emails until I asked for his contact details. I have been bul**** and harassed by Outsurance and their client and them holding back on this investigation is probably another way to try get me to back off. I have been greatly been inconvenienced by not having a car as I need to take my child to school as well as travel for work. On top of this horror of not having a car I am disgusted at outsurance's disregard for honesty and justice. They were ready to ruin my life in a heartbeat for a lie to preserve their relationship with their client. Maybe the matter will have to go to court as I have been advised by their advisor!!!</p>
