Harassment by call center!

Went online to request a quote, was given 2 options give "me a call" and "Start quote" i did not want to speak to an agent who would desperately try to convince me to take up their insurance offer. i wanted to simply enter the details and receive a costing, as i have done with discovery insure, king price and naked. i then clicked on the start quote button which took me to a personal information screen. i entered my details as was standard practice with the other insurers, once i completed and clicked the submit button i was taken to a message "THANKS WE HAVE YOUR DETAILS A CONSULTANT WILL CALL YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Whaty the actual F@K outsurance! if i wanted a call back i would have clicked on the give me a call button! none the less i waited for the agent's call which followed promptly. At the start of the call i told the agent that i will not be making use of your services thank you. following that i received another 2 calls which i left unanswered the 3rd call i returned and explained to the agent that they should please remove me form any list gave her my id number and she assured me that i would be removed. AND WOULD YOU BELIVE ANOTHER CALL FROM OUTSURANCE FOLLOWED SHORTLY AFTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STOP HARRASSING PEOPLE!!!!!!! once again i would like to reiterate that i will not be using your services EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
