I recently took out a new car insurance policy and had the pleasure of speaking with agent Anzani Tshirema. Initially, I wasn’t entirely convinced, as there were certain aspects of the policy that I felt were missing. However, Anzani quickly arranged for the Senior Consultant, Ms. V. Naidoo, to step in, and she suggested a solution that perfectly suited my needs.

Mr. Tshirema and Ms. Naidoo were professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable with my decision. Thanks to their assistance, I now have a policy that fits my budget while giving me the coverage I need. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless insurance experience!

The only issue I have is that when I received my policy, I noticed some discrepancies in the captured information. It’s possible that a poor network connection caused misinterpretation.
