Happy, previously irate, customer

I had the pleasure of finding Abigail Bogale on the other side of the phone when I was quite irate and ready to cancel my policy. She was extremely professional, calmed me down and immediately addressed my concern to my satisfaction and disbelief! This was definitely one of the best "complaint" calls I have had, and thanks to Abigail I have a lower monthly premium with all my benefits still intact. Great service
