Happy OUTsurance pet cover client

I got OUTsurance pet insurance after we got our boston terrier. I had never had a pet on an insurance plan before, so naturally I was sceptical. I went for the executive plan because that is what made sense to me at the time. Which is really not expensive in the bigger scheme of things.

After a year of having my boy, last Thursday he woke up with a wet ear (the only way to explain it). I immediately assumed it was an ear infection and phoned OUTsurance to find out if the claim would be paid. I was assured by Jacques that it absolutely would be and he just reminded me of my the limits pertaining to my plan.

It's been such a great experience, and even though there's lots of paperwork involved it was seemless. I got confirmation today that my entire claim would be paid
