Happy OUTsurance client

I came home to a water leak and a flooded house. I called OUTsurance and within an hour there was a plumber there to fix the leak, then without me having to ask, based on the plumbers report OUTsurance upgrade my assistance to a claim as my floors had been damaged. Monday morning the assessors were there to do an assessment on the floors and by Wednesday the claim was finalized and paid out. Now i have been with other big insurance companies and never have i had such an experience. I will never leave as a customer as this service levels i am receiving from OUTsurance is of the top levels as i have had a few claims with them never had any issues or delays. Number 1 in payouts for a reason and if you not with OUTsurance you might want to consider the change.
