Must give credit where credit is due! Sat 11May 2024 we had freak incident on freeway before Shelly Beach off ramp.. big dog ran into our car out of the blue.... (Most probably from the informal settlement). Such a shock and when steering started to pack up even more scary. Managed to get into South Coast Mall parking. Car guards fantastic.. I called Outsurance and they were great.. just like tv ads say! Larmiy Masuku kept in touch with me every half hr to update and see if we were ok.... So great of her as when tow vehicle came I was not sure it was correct company, and she spoke to the driver, and was able to reassure us he was correct person. All staff very helpful and much appreciated.
