Happy Customer

I was ****** last week Friday 3rd of May and my sports bag, house keys and a cellphone were ****** from my car . I submitted the claim the same day and was assisted by Rea Lebogo . Thanks for your professionalism and efficiency Rea. My claim was finalized yesterday Tuesday, literally 48hrs from the incident day. I have had horror stories from members of my family and friends insured with other companies where claims have taken up to 2 months to settle. I am very impressed with Outsurance and will remain loyal to them because of their hassle free claim process and speedy delivery. My only disappointment is that the phone is being paid out at replacement value instead of insured amount but other than that I'm happy with the service received. Keep it up
