My short experience with outsurance was amazing, i got a call from a consultant on the 19th of November requested to please see if they could beat my current insurer and if they are unable to i will receive R500 cash back.

She guided me through the process of what is required which was a quick and easy process. The consultant was very polite and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately outsurance was unable to beat my current cover however I must commend the honesty the company has as I received the R500 cash back as promised.

I did not have to do any follow ups, an sms reminder was sent with confirmation of when I will receive the cash back as promised.

I look forward to working with outsurance in the near future, the companies honesty and integrity has me thinking about switching providers.
