Happy Client - Happy Fur baby!

We recently insured our 2 pets with OUTsurance and soon after that our Yorkie developed a Yeast infection. She was taken to the VET and they recommended surgery on her ear as her ear had swollen due to the Yeast infection. Our Animal Clinic completed the documentation which I submitted after registering the claim and within a week OUTSurance had approved the claim and I received advice of the funds being credited to my account. Palesa Lejwane kept me up to date right through the process and really made my claim process very easy. This of course was a great help, as we were already traumatized to hear our fur baby had the infection and had to wear her "cone of Shame" for 3 weeks after the surgery!
