Happy Chappy with Outsurance.
Received a letter indicating the annual premium increase. As a Pensioner, I needed to discuss this with Outsurance as I really can't afford this. I spoke to Jason Dominy. He managed to nullify the premium increase and secured a premium reduction by small tweaks on my policy. Benefits still remain the same. Awesome!! I am a happy chappy.
