Happy Brand New Member of OUTsurance

I had a great pleasure of being assisted by Tando Ponono and what an amazing human being she is? Tando is very bubbly, it was such a delight to talk to her - so funny yet eloquent and professional. She made sure that I understood every little detail pertaining to my cover which is something very important for someone who needed a comprehensive cover and who's not willing to compromise on standards, quality and safety. Thank you for a superb and unmatched service Thando, you were fantastic!

My partner has been with OUTsurance for almost than 20 years now, if not more and I have seen how he's been treated over those years. OUTsurance treat their customers like royalty, they make you feel like you are their only customer. I tried them in 2022 for my pre-owned car but felt the premium was too much for an old car so I received my R500, since they could not beat my then insurance. Even though OUTsurance still did not succeed to beat my current insurance, I am now happy to entrust my new car with them - because I believe she deserves only the BEST and can rest assured that we will be in good hands.
